The monograph is dedicated to the study of the complex administrative and legal concept of perception and implementation of the approximation of the customs legislation of Ukraine to the EU standards. A complex administrative-legal concept of approximation of national customs legislation to the EU standards is proposed and substantiated; the dynamics is determined and the concept of historical periodization of the process of approximation of national customs legislation to the EU standards is proposed. The evolutionary and natural stages of the process of approximation of customs legislation of Ukraine to the EU standards are revealed.
